Terms & Conditions

At Luxetrails, the safety, privacy, and satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. We encourage all customers to carefully read our Terms and Conditions before proceeding with any booking request. By reaching the payment or booking confirmation stage, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Payment and Reservations

  • During the booking process, customers must provide accurate and complete information for all travelers, including full names (as per passport), travel dates, contact details, and payment information. Luxetrails will not be held responsible for any losses, additional costs, or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. We strongly advise customers to review all booking details carefully before confirmation.

  • Deposit options may be available on selected airlines, cruise lines, travel services, or holiday packages. For cruise bookings, a non-refundable deposit is typically required at the time of reservation to secure the cabin. Deposit amounts and payment deadlines vary depending on the cruise line, sailing date, cabin category, and promotional fare conditions. Please consult our travel advisors to confirm eligibility and specific terms before finalizing your booking.

  • All published fares and travel offers — including flights, cruise packages, and holiday deals — are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice. Prices may fluctuate due to availability, airline or cruise line policies, cabin availability, currency exchange rates, supplier updates, port charges, taxes, gratuities, or other external factors beyond our control. In the event a selected fare or cabin category becomes unavailable, we will offer the next best available option for your requested dates.

  • For cruise bookings, final payment deadlines are determined by the cruise line and are strictly enforced. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation by the cruise provider and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Luxetrails offers bookings across various travel classes including First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy, Economy, and cruise cabin categories (Interior, Oceanview, Balcony, Suite). Change and cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, cruise line, supplier, or holiday provider. Customers are advised to confirm the applicable policies with our travel advisors at the time of booking.

  • All change or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure or sailing date. Requests can be made by contacting our customer support team via phone or email.

  • For cruise bookings, cancellation charges are typically based on how close the cancellation is made to the sailing date. Most cruise lines operate on a tiered penalty structure, where cancellation fees increase as the departure date approaches. In many cases:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made after final payment may incur substantial penalties.

  • Certain promotional cruise fares may be fully non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed after receiving authorization from the airline, cruise line, or supplier and in accordance with the agreed fare rules at the time of booking. Cancellation fees, airline penalties, cruise penalties, administrative charges, and non-recoverable supplier fees may apply.

  • Refund processing timelines are subject to the policies of the respective airline, cruise line, or supplier and may take several weeks depending on their internal procedures.

Travel Requirements and Documentation

  • It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, transit visas, health certificates, cruise boarding documentation, or any other entry requirements for the destination country or ports of call.

  • For cruise travel, certain itineraries may require multiple-entry visas depending on the ports visited. Guests must also comply with cruise line check-in procedures and health and safety requirements.

  • Customers must ensure compliance with all travel regulations and entry requirements prior to departure. Luxetrails will not be responsible for any denied boarding, cruise embarkation refusal, travel disruption, or financial loss resulting from failure to carry appropriate documentation or meet destination requirements.

  • All content available on the Luxetrails website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Luxetrails and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  • The collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Luxetrails website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy carefully.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
